Zehn Brewery bier was founded in 2003 by Zen family, considered a family of entrepreneurs in Brusque . The Zehn name was given from a change of surname , added the letter H, which corresponds to the initial of “Hylário Zen”. The word " Zehn " means "ten" in German , the pronunciation is " Tzehn The manufacture of the Chopp and Zehn bier beers follows the Germanic traditions , using as raw material four important ingredients : malt, yeast, hops and water, which are not filtered and contains no preservatives. Everything is crafted handed and carefully nurtured by the Master Brewer specialized in the art of beers. Currently Zehn bier produces Chopp types, Pilsen and Porter. Also Beers Pilsen Style , Pilsen Extra, Weizen , and Porter Heller Bock .
